However, Staff will be looking for an opportunity <br />to provide a walking trail connection from the Flintwood Terrace trail to the senior housing <br />complex site. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The project may be subject to the City's stormwater <br />management fee which is currently established at a rate of $3,577.00 per acre. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 1998, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to review your proposed site plan for the <br />Senior Housing Development proposal. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at <br />the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed <br />for your information.
