Section 4.60 of the City Code <br />incorporates Chapter 429 of Minnesota statutes, which is the <br />State law by which statutory cities must follow in the m~king <br />and assessing of local improvements. This extensive body of <br />law contains many procedural protective measures for <br />residents. <br /> <br />The Council also asked that .we discuss this issue with the <br />Hoisington Koegler Group for input on additional similar resident <br />assurances which might be adopted by ordinance.
