Upon completion of construction of the <br /> <br />Project, ACHRA and the. City may create a Management Advisory Board, consisting of <br />three representatives designated by the Ramsey City Council, and two representatives <br />designated by the ACHRA ("Board"). This Board may continue in existence so long as <br />the Project exists, and may provide advice to the ACHRA in general management <br />decisions on an ongoing basis. The Board may meet periodically as needed, at the request <br />of any two members, at a location to be agreed upon, and the ACHRA shall make good <br />faith efforts to accommodate the wishes of the Board in management decisions. <br /> <br /> 6) Selection of Private Management Company. At any time that a private <br /> <br />management company is selected to manage the Project, the selection of such company <br />and the selection of any successor to such company shall be made by the ACHRA, with <br />the advice of the City and, after it is established, the Management Advisory Board.
