Smith Builders, Inc.) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Norman: <br /> <br />Enclosed please find a map identifying the involved property. <br /> <br /> Since Mr. S~ith is out of town and time is of the essence in <br />this matter I have been asked.to submit this letter to you on Mr. <br />Smith's behalf as a follow-up to discussions that took place <br />earlier this week. <br /> <br /> Dave Smith (D. A. Smith Builders, Inc.) is the owner of the <br />property identified on the enclosed map. (This property, or a <br />.portion thereof, is identified as Parcels 5 and 6 in correspondence <br /> Mr. Smith has received from the City of Ramsey). <br /> <br /> It is my understanding that the City has determined to take a <br />designated portion of his property for the extension of 153rd Ave. <br />east from Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Various discuss'ions have taken place between the City and Mr. <br />Smith regarding this matter dating back to 1993. These discussions <br />included the issue of what, if anything, could be done with the <br />untaken remnant of his property.
