The northern terminus of Radium Street from Phase I will be extended eastward to Unity Street. Approximately 900 t'eet of street construction will be required. ' PROJECT JUSTIFICATION PROJEC'r Start Date This project is necessary to provide the street and utility infrastructure to facilitate the development of the remaining property in the industr/al park.
