I have listed the concerns which were mentioned and am addressing <br />each one as best I can at this time. <br /> <br />Gun Club: <br /> <br />I understand there is no development planned for the near future. I <br />also understand that Mr. Bauer is planning to operate the Club for <br />several years and that the Sporting Clay Range is being closed. <br />The Sporting Clay Range, which is the area in the woods closest to <br />your development, will remain closed during the ~vinter months as <br />it has in the past. <br /> <br />Covenants: <br /> <br />After review with the City Attorney, it looks like the termination <br />date is October 30, 1998, which means a new covenant would have <br />to be filed with the City. It would be done by the homeowners or <br />their attorney and presented to the City for review. The <br />homeowners would then submit it to the County for recording. <br />The covenant is to be enforced by a review committee of Traprock <br />residents who would be able to have issues handled in court. Some <br />areas of Ramsey have a homeowners association which controls <br />this. <br /> <br />Horse Arena: <br /> <br />The Saddle Club is planning to continue to use Trott Brook Park. <br />The Club members are planning a meeting for October or <br />November and, at that time, will decide whether to continue to use <br />the arena. The cost to fence in the perimeter with chain link is <br />about $13,000 and playground equipment would be between <br />$30,000 and $40,000.
