It was originally planned to drain the property to the east. However, the <br />operty owner agreed to extend the storm sewer internally if the City would provide an outlet at their <br />property line. The removal and disposal of miscellaneous debris was caused by an unknown landfill site <br />i scovered during the installation of sanitary sewer.
