The State <br /> proposes to improve the access from T~ 10 to the Pet Hospital <br /> Parcel, construct a frontage road from said access to the BK Parcel <br /> and improve the parking lot located on the Pet Hospital parking <br /> lot, (the "Improvement Project") all of said work to be done in <br /> accordance with the plans attached hereto as Exhibit "C"; and <br /> <br /> WHERI~A~, the BK Parcel has one access onto County Road 56. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That Dolphin shall dedicate to the State of Minnesota all <br />right of access from TH 10 to the BK Parcel. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Pet Hospital shall dedicate to the State of <br />Minnesota all right of access from TH 10 to the Pet Hospital Parcel <br />EXCEPT for one access legally described on Exhibit "D" attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br /> 3.
