Grant to the BK Parcel driveway rights across the Pet <br /> Hospital Parcel; <br /> <br /> c. Grant to the Pet Hospital Parcel driveway rights across <br /> the BK Parcel in order to use the County 56 access. <br /> 4. The legal description of the frontage road is on attached <br />Exhibit "C". The frontage road shall be a private road, fee title <br />to which shall be owned by the Pet Hospital and subject to the <br />terms of the cross easement described in said Exhibit "C". <br /> 5. That the State shall contribute an amount not to exceed <br />$40,000.00 to the City to be used for payment of the Improvement <br />Project construction. <br /> 6. That the City shall administer the $40,000.00 received <br />from the State for the construction of the Improvement Project. <br />Dolphin agrees to cause the Improvement Project to be constructed <br />by its contractor pursuant to the city's plans and specifications <br />and cost estimates approved in writing by the City. <br /> 7. The City shall pay from the State's $40,000.00, Dolphin's <br /> cost for the construotion of the Improvement Project. The City <br /> shall provide to the State an accounting showing the disbursements <br /> of the $40,000.00.
