4. APPROVE AGENDA Motion by Councilmember Tossey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. CONSENT AGENDA Councilmember Tossey requested item 5.10, Report from the Personnel Committee meeting held on April 12, 2011, be removed from the Consent Agenda and added as item 7.05.
