Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the request based on the fact that the Dvoraks have stated that <br />the building will not be used for commercial purposes. Additionally, allowing a 300 square foot <br />overage in the single building size restriction may be more aesthetically pleasing and economical <br />than requiring the property owner to use up the remaining 300 square feet in allowable garage <br />space on a third garage or accessory building, or an addition to the attached garage.
