Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION NO. 98-10~¢q A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISS, UANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # 0}fi'~ND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN IN-HOME DOG GROOMING BUSINESS. WltEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-10- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: On , 1998, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Julie M. Kucia ("Permittee"), pursuant to Sections 9. il.04 (Tlome Occupation Permit) and 9.03.04 (Conditional Use Permit) of the Ramsey City Code, for a dog grooming business in the residential dwelling on the property generally known as 16511 Yttrium Street N.W. and legally described as follows: o The north 200 feet of the south 405 feet of the east 220 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (subject to road easement over the west 33 feet thereof). ("Subject Property"). This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the existing Permit shall be automatically terminated, except that a surviving child, residing at the same address, or the subsequent property owner, desiring to continue the Permit, shall submit written notice to that effect to the Administrator and the Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without further hearing. The business hours shall not exceed 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The number of animals groomed per week shall not exceed twenty (20). Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the Permit-tee. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Perrnittee. There shall be no business identification signs, other than those that comply with City Code. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials and all animals delivered to the property shall be held within the private dwelling until they are retrieved by their owners.
