That the Applicant has stated that all animals will be held indoors from the time they are <br /> dropped off for grooming until they are picked up again by their owners. <br /> <br />9. That the Applicant has proposed hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday <br /> through Friday, with an estimate of 15-20 clients per week. <br /> <br />10. That there are other similar conditional uses in the City. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />15.
