City of RAMSEY <br />BID PROPOSAL <br /> <br />(To be opened October I2, 1998 at I0:00 A.M. at LOGIS located at 5750 Duluth Street, Golden Valley MN. 55422) <br /> <br />For the furnishing of network hardware and sof~vare for the City of RAMSEY, in accordance with the attached specifications and <br />standard terms and conditions submitted with the proposal and upon. which this proposal is made. <br /> <br /> General Specifications <br />I I. IMPORTANT: Bidder must be an authorized dealer of the product and must be able to supply warranty <br /> service. Bidder must have a business location in the Minneapolis~St. Paul MSA and have been operating for <br /> at least 180 days prior to the bid opening date. The City of RAMSEY can accept all or part or none of the <br /> bid submitted. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Contract Term <br /> <br />The contract shall commence immediately upon bid award and continue through December 30, 1998. <br /> <br />Product Equipment and Supplies <br /> <br />Products not available thxough the bidder should be lined out in the Guides. Entire sections not available <br />should be crossed out. <br /> <br /> Price Changes <br /> <br />A. Price decreases within the contract award on any of the products bid, will be available to the City <br /> of RAMSEY and become the new standard list price. <br /> The vendor will notify the City of RAMSEY immediately of any list price decreases or increased <br /> discounts available. These changes should be submitted in writing via mail or faxed to RAMSEY <br /> so that the bid price reflects those changes. <br /> IN NO EVENT WILL SUGGESTED LIST PRICES INCREASE. <br />B. At any time during the contract period, temporary price decreases in selected products can and <br /> should be submitted to the City of RAMSEY. The notification will indicate the specific bid list, the <br /> temporary decreased price, and the length of time the decreased price is in effect. <br /> <br />Delivery <br /> <br />If delivery (shipping/handling) costs are included for any items bid, clearly indicate the relevant items on <br />the price guides. Any delivery charges must be included in the bid price. <br /> <br />Shipping and handling charges must only be assessed fi:om the vendor's local offices/warehouses within the <br />metropolitan area to the City of RAMSEY. <br /> <br /> <br />
