Wargo Nature Center reservations will be handled directly through the Nature <br />Center, 429-g007. Banffll-Locke Center for the Arts reservations will be handled directly <br />tlarough the Arts Center, .574-1850. Keservations for Chombn.ix Clubhouse will be handled. <br />dire .ctly through Chomonix Golf Course, 492-8484. <br /> <br />The park baildlng~ will not be available £or public use on the ~followi.ug listed holidays: New <br />Year's Day, ThankzgivJ. ng Day, and Chri~nas Day. Some park buSldings are'available during <br />other holidays, please refer to the Building/Facility Availability. schedule. <br /> <br />Buildings will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. <br /> <br />All meeting rooms are set up in a specific asrangement, ff a g~oup clesir~s a different' <br />arrangemeng they are responsible for setting up ariel returning the rooms to their original set <br />up. In the event that the rooms are not placed in the original arrangement or additional <br />cleaning is necessary, the Damage Deposit will be used to cover labor costs. <br /> <br />~04 <br /> <br /> All persons, groups, or org~iT~afions using a park building shall be responsible for damaged, <br /> broken or missing property and shall reimburse the County for all such losses incurred. Failure <br />· to do so can xesult in denial of future reservations. Where a damage deposit is required the <br /> County sba1! ~_in the right to hold a portion of the damage deposit ffany loss is incurred. If <br /> the cost of damages exceed the damage deposit, the group may be billed for th.e remaining <br /> <br />Persons under the influence of intoxicating ~everages or narcotic drags shall not enter, be or <br />remain in the facilities, nor sh~ any persom bring within, possess, give away, sell or transfer <br />any intoxica~i. 'ng beverages or narcotic drugs in the facih'ties. Ekception: Beer and wine are <br />pertained within the Riedel Farm Estate, Jslands ~f Peace Reception Center, Chomonix <br />Clubho~e, Ham Lake Shelter Building,. and Bunker Hills Archery Building. Beer and wine <br />are permitted within the Bunker Hills Activities Center on Fridays anal Saturdays at~ 5pru. <br />All buildings are tobacco t'Tee. <br /> <br />Groups or organizations are reminded that Park employees are forbidden to accept any <br />gratuities whether tanga'ble or intangible. <br /> <br />Persons shall not gamble for money or other valuables within the buildings. <br /> <br />The buildings shall be available to all groups as long as the activities of the g[.oup do not <br />conflict or interfere with the public use and enjoymemt during norma! operating hours and that <br />the facility is compatible with the intended use. <br /> <br />IO:5- <br /> <br />P~ge *34 <br /> <br /> <br />
