The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on November 2, and 4 written <br />statements of support for the request were received. Their locations are marked with an <br />'x' on the applicant's site location map. One letter of opposition was received and that <br />location is marked with an 'o' on the applicant's site location map. There was a resident <br />present at the hearing (whose location is also noted on the applicant's site plan with an <br />'x') that stated no opposition to the home occupation permit being issued if the applicant <br />can provide enough off-street parking for salon clients.
