We chose a lovely, quiet circle as our
new residence. A few weeks ago, a woman we had never met asked us to sign a
statement approving her proposed home business. Though it is always our intent to
be neighborly, we feel we must share our concerns with you.

The circle we live on is small, six homes total. The proposed business owner stated
she would limit her clients to five per day. If she were open Monday through Saturday,
this could potentially result in 30 cars per week and up to 120 cars per month coming
Into our small circle[ Children play and ride their bikes in this area. The people who
live here are aware of this, but certainly a stranger looking for a home business would
not be.

We were told that the clients would park in their driveway. Currently, three vehicles
occupy the space. Where else would clients park? We were excluded from the list of
neighbors given a sheet containing business days and hours, but Monday evenings
the circle is already filled with cars from their weekly meetings.

We do not wish to have any ill feelings between neighbors. We hope they will
understand that we have reservations and need to voice them, Clearly people should
have the right to work from home. What we ask you to consider Is, at what cost to
those who live around them?

Tim and Rana Nestrud
5182 146th Cir. N.W.
Ramsey, MN 55303
