In order to fulfill the requirements of the contract, the grantee must develop an ISTS ordinance <br />that is consistent with MPCA 7080 rules and develop an ISTS management program by <br />December 30, 1999 that meets the requirements listed previously. ~ <br /> <br />Please call either Judy Sventek at 651-602-1156 or Jack Frost at 651-602-1078 by November 25 <br />if you are interested in obtaining more information about the grant program or receiving a grant <br />application form.
