Cost Impacts All projects must have an accurate cost component. The cost-to-benefit analysis for the value of the improvements is crucial in a government project. The cost estimates will be provided by BKPV. The costs will be on a square foot or general line item basis. Once a consensus is reached on the best functional concept, we will work closely with an inde- pendent cost estimator to provide accurate cost information to the City. Costs will include general mechanical and electrical as a part of a c. 6mprehensive project budget. Revlew Meetir~ts We are prepared to conduct review meetings on a periodic basis. We understand the need to utilize staff's time efficiently. We recommend that an individual be designated as the coordinator for setting up the meetings and distributing meeting minutes as pre- pared by the consultant, At the review meetings, the consultant will provide a specific agenda in advance. The consultant will prepare meeting minutes to provide a record of the activities and decisions. Report Presentation The presentation of the report with the final recommendations will be reviewed and approved by city staff prior to submitting the final report to the council.
