Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-12- RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PATROL OFFICER WHEREAS, Nicholas H. Stolp began employment at the City of Ramsey on January 3, 1998, as a Patrol Officer; and WHEREAS, Officer Stolp's supervisors, have given a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Officer Stolp and recommend retaining Mr. Stolp at the City of Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, effective December 31, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its December 15, 1998 meeting agreed with the recommendation to retain Nicholas H. Stolp as a regular, full-time employee, effective December 31, 1998. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Cheryl L. Hasset and change her status to regular, full-time employee, effective May 1, 1998. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the I lth day of August 1998.
