The covenants required that there be a common driveway centered on the <br />common property line between Lots 9 and 10. Accordingly, the site plan proposes to <br />construct a bituminous driveway on the common lot line. <br /> <br />7. Off-Street Parking: The covenants requires off-street parking for the <br />commercial development on the property. The proposed site plan shows an extra deep <br />garage apron that provides off-street parking. <br /> <br />8. Architectural Standards: The exterior finish on the building will be cedar front <br />with vinyl siding on the remaining walls. <br /> <br />9. Landscaping. The covenants requires the establishment of 3 rows of pine trees <br />between the residential and commercial use on the property for screening purposes. <br />Accordingly, the site plan proposes 3 rows of 4 foot pine trees. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 1997 to <br />consider your site plan. I strongly suggest that you, or your representative, be present at <br />the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
