Subd. 5. Lighting: Any <br />lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, sign or structure, shall be <br />arranged to deflect light away from any adjoining residential district or public <br />street. Bulbs emitting in excess of 3,000 lumens (150 w~tts) shall be so directed <br />that the bulb is not visible from off the property where such light source is <br />located. (City of Ramsey City Code) <br /> <br />Below are some examples of lighting products which would meet the standards <br />of Ramsey City Code. These particular brands and models were selected from <br />LumarkHID: Complete Indoor/Outdoor Buyer's Guide and Grainger: 1996 <br />Lighting Catalog. <br /> <br />Wall Mount Fixtures: <br /> <br />Lumark Wal-Eye, 70-175 watt HPS/MH <br /> <br />Lumark Mon-2, 35-150 watt HPS/MH <br /> <br />Hubbell CutoffWall Packs, 70-175 watt <br /> <br />Area/Site Post Fixtures: <br /> <br />Lumark Cobrahead, 50-400 watt HPS/MH <br />Lumark Hammer, 70-400 watt HPSIMH <br />GE Roadway Cutoff Light Fixtures, 150 & 400 watt <br /> <br />These or any other product demonstrated to be equivalant or better may be used <br />to meet the City Code Lighting Performance Standards. <br /> <br /> <br />
