That the Permit Holder herein agrees to absolve the City from any and all obligation <br />associated with the issuance of this conditional use permit as a result of the intensified use of <br />the property. <br /> <br />8. That the Permit Holder herein agrees to accept all responsibility for maintaining the structure <br /> in accordance with applicable building, housing and fire codes. <br /> <br />9. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />10.
