The sketch plan consists of one sheet dated February 26, 1998. <br />We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />General: The plat is in the Industrial District and consists of two lots. <br /> <br />Lot Sizes and Dimensions: Both of the lots exceed the one-acre minimum lot size requirement and <br />the 200-foot lot width requirement. <br /> <br />Grading and Drainage Plan: A detailed grading and drainage plan will be required with each site <br />plan submitted for the development of the lots.
