APPOINTMENTS TO ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />There is a vacancy on the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board as a result of Mr. <br />Bradley Thorud's resignation from the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission <br />tabled action to replace Mr. Thorud on the Architectural Review Board until the <br />vacancies created by Mr. Thorud's and Mr. Holland's decline for reappointment to the <br />Commission are filled. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On February 24, the Council appointed Joe Wivoda to the Planning Commission. A <br />decision on filling the remaining vacancy was tabled until the final applicant can be <br />present for an interview. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff needs to present a couple of site plans to the Business Park 95 Architectural Review <br />Board as soon as possible in March. Staff is therefore requesting that an appointment be <br />made at this time to fill the vacancy on the Architectural Review Board from the 5 <br />available commissioners (Jensen, Bawden, LaDue, Terry and Wivoda; Deemer currently <br />serves on the Board). <br /> <br />It may also be appropriate to determine if Mr. Deemer is willing to continue to serve on <br />the Board and if not, perhaps a replacement could be appointed when the last vacancy on <br />the Commission is filled. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion by <br /> <br />and seconded by to appoint <br />to the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />PC: 03/02/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
