Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Pending/ <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />12/10/96 <br /> <br />With regard to the McLafferty CLIP for a group home, Council <br />directed staff to develop an action plan to amend McLafferty's <br />CUP to require an annual report from the Volunteers of America <br />regarding MeLafferty's licensing status and for collecting funds <br />due the City for processing the application in 1995 and <br />continued collection of costs incurred in administering the <br />permit - including the option of conciliation court. <br /> <br />Pending/ <br />Frolik <br /> <br />1/28/97 <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman mentioned that the Bookstore is <br />not in compliance with our sign ordinance.
