She asked to appeal that to <br />Council. Attorney Goodrich informed her that the PC is an <br />advisory board to the Council and that Council makes 'the <br />final decision and that you usually bring the PC cases to <br />Council at their second meeting of the month. He told her her <br />case would be on the 24th agenda and that she would be <br />notified. Councilmember Haas Steffen asked that you check <br />with the Assessor to find out if this home is being assessed as <br />a duplex or a single family home. She also asked that you <br />check the building records to see what they show about this <br />home. She suggested that the Simpsons have put a lot of <br />money into this home akeady and that she would be willing <br />to look at granting them their request. <br /> <br />2/10/98 Council re-appointed Sharon Jensen and Michael Terry to the <br /> Planning Commission to a term to expire 12/31/01. <br /> <br />1/27/98 <br /> <br />Council granted approval of a division of land by a Metes and <br />Bounds description by Jacob and Pete Barthold and also <br />voted to rescind Resolution #97-08-213. <br /> <br />1/13/98 <br /> <br />Council granted site plan approval to Mr. Jarnie Sharp's site <br />plan for Lot 10 in Pineview Estates 2nd Addition PUD <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter <br />dated December 19, 1997, the January 6, I998 <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission and entering <br />into a development permit agreement with the City. Execute <br />development agreement. <br /> <br />1/13/98 <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked that staff look at the code with regard to <br />accessory buildings. Two acres and under, an accessory <br />building must be of wood construction and match the house <br />exterior. Anything between two and five acres a pole <br />building would be allowed - but with restrictions. (You stated <br />you have those suggested restrictions), and five acres or <br />larger, a pole building could be put up. Place on a subsequent <br />agenda for discussion. <br /> <br />Identify letter received from Susan Hamilton and James Donovan <br />as Document A and identify the letter received from Scott & <br />Gwyn Simpson as Document B, and incorporate them into the <br />minutes for the public heating regarding the Simpson's request for <br />a CUP. <br /> <br /> <br />
