Expansion of existing structures shall be in a direction away fi.om <br /> the riverfi.ont. <br /> 3. The public's ability to view the river and river corridor from <br /> existing public streets shall not be further degraded by the <br /> proposed activity. <br /> <br /> b. Signs. <br /> <br /> 1. Advertising signs are prohibited between the flood fringe <br /> borderline and all county, state or federal highway located within <br /> 1,000 feet of the line except where the river cannot be viewed <br /> from the highway due to natural topography or existing <br /> buildings. <br /> <br /> <br />
