9.21.07 Critical River Overlay District Development Standards. Subd!vision 1. Zoning Provisions. The following standards shall apply to the Critical ~ver Area as shown on the official environmental overlay map of the City. Where the -':quirements of the underlying zoning district as shown on the official zoning map are more restrictive than those set forth herein, then the more restrictive standards shall apply: a.
