Forward to City Council. On <br />hold for revisions at applicant's request. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to coordinate with <br />Commissioner Deemer to incorporate any non-content based <br />modifications to the modified draft of Chapter 9 submitted by the <br />subcommittee, and forward such to City Council and the City <br />Attorney for their examination and recommendation. <br /> <br />5/28/96 <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #96-05-131 (Beyer/Zimmerman/All) <br />adopting Findings of Fact #0401 relating to Patrick <br />McLafferty's request for a CLrP for a foster home for a <br />maximum of 8 youth. (The one with the language amendment <br />by Bill Goodrich) McLafferty refuses to sign; forwarded to <br />Goodrich for resolution. <br /> <br />5/28/96 <br /> <br />Execute Resolution #96-05-132 (Beyer/Zimmerman/Opposed <br />Peterson) approving Patrick McLafferty's request for a CUP for <br />a group foster home and declaring terms of same. (Add a term <br />to read that all inspection reports will be provided to the City <br />and that this permit will again be reviewed by City Council on <br />November 26, 1996. McLafferty refuses to sign; forwarded <br />to Goodrich for resolution. <br /> <br />8/12/97 <br /> <br />Council approved the revised site plan proposal for the Burger King <br />facility contingent upon compliance with the City 'Staff review letter <br />dated August 1, 1997, and that they should be allowed to use standing <br />seam-metal as opposed to the entire exterior being 100% natural or <br />prefabricated brick or stone, (or as approved on September 9, 1996) <br />and that they resolve the access issues with Anoka County and <br />MnDOT. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />10/28/97 <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for Mike's Woodworking <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated <br />October 2, 1997, and obtaining a variance tot he side yard setback <br />requirement. Execute development agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
