Execute documents. On hold at applicant's request for a <br />modification to site plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Haas Steffen told about the goat that visited her and <br />how the Humane Society does not pick up goats, etc. She felt that <br />there should be some policy in place to deal with this kind of thing <br />and the Council voted to refer this to the Horse Care Board. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to coordinate the establishment of no-wake <br />zones on the Rum River. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Regency Pond 3rd Addition <br />contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development <br />Agreement with the City. Execute such development agreement. <br /> <br />5/9/95 <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson requested information on why it's <br />600' for cul-de-sac length - From a planning standpoint - <br />should we keep it at that - what's the reason for it He would <br />also like input from public works people and emergency <br />people. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission tabled appointment to the Business <br />Park 95 Architectural Review Board until the newly appointed <br />planning commissioner (replacing outgoing Brad Thorud) is on <br />board January 1, I998. Place this on January's agenda. <br />Replacements not yet appointed; place on February agenda. <br />Sharon Jensen volunteered to replace Thourd on the Board. <br /> <br />9/21/93 <br /> <br />On the next regular Horse Care Board agenda, include a case by <br />Harvey Wibeto regarding proposed minimum standards for horse <br />shelters and fencing. <br /> <br />4/12/94 <br /> <br />Council asked that the City Attorney and Staff review ordinance <br />to make sure City Code is as complete in its language as the State <br />Statutes with regard to Metes and Bounds subdivisions. <br /> <br /> <br />
