Monthly Status Report

Frolik/
Complete

2/24/98

With regard to the request from the prOposed Diamonds
Sports Bar and Grill - Council directed that staff come back
with something from Mr. Hoisington about that particular
area. Contact the County about the bridge right-of-way and
what impact this could have on the bridge. Councilmember
Haas Steffen stated she wants something in writing from both
the County and Mr. Hoisington that this proposal would not
jeopardize anything with regard to the bridge crossing, etc.
The public hearing for the liquor license can be held on the
10th. Bring the requested information to the meeting on the
10th and then Council will give staff direction to bring a
resolution either approving or denying the request.

Frolik/Pending

2/24/98

It was noted that there are auctions being held in the old barn
on Highway #10. Council asked that you review Code to see
if this is a permitted use. Things other than cars are being
auctioned there - and it also appears there are things being
stored there other than cars.
