That the Applicant's application also states that generally two (2) of the eight show dogs <br />reside with a handler in Texas, so at any given time there are usually six (6) dogs being kept <br />on the Subject Property and most have been surgically debarked. <br /> <br />10. That the Applicants have stated that they are a veterinarian and veterinarian technician by <br /> profession and therefore, are very sensitive-to the importance of responsible pet care. <br /> <br />11. That there are other similar conditional uses in the City. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br /> as highways and streets. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br /> the community. <br /> <br />18.
