10. That the grading operation will/will not increase the traffic to and from the subject property <br /> for the period of time the permit is in effect. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br /> persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not be disturbing to existing neighboring uses during the <br /> term of the permit. <br /> <br />15.
