Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approving the plan with the modifications of raising the lowest walkout <br />elevation one foot, to 99, and grading the southerly portion of Lot 7 to a flat elevation of 896'. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: recommend that City Council adopt findings of fact relating to North Fork's request <br />for a conditional use permit to grade and import soils in Northfork and Northfork Links. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend Council approve/deny North Fork's request for a conditional use permit to <br />grade and import soils based on the findings of fact and adopt Resolution #98~07- declaring <br />terms of same. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny North Fork's request for a conditional use permit based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />PC: 7/07/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
