Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 5th <br />Addition and directed that the City's Public Works <br />Department install a gate to impede traffic, except for <br />emergency vehicles, at the intersection of 158th Avenue and <br />Potassium Street in the Apple Ridge 5th Addition, which <br />installation shall be at such time as said 158th Avenue is <br />accepted for use by the City. Director of Public Workshops <br />requested having input on the design of the gate. Execute <br />Development Agreement but amend it by adding that the <br />Developer shall deposit with the City, a non-refundable sum <br />of $1,500 to deft'ay the City's expense of installing a gate at <br />the intersection of 158th Avenue and Potassium Street NW in <br />the Apple Ridge 5th Subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />
