Forward to Council for final plat <br />approval. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact re Hamann request for CUP to exceed total <br />accessory structure space and maximum single accessory structure <br />size restrictions: The Planning Commission recommended City <br />Council accept 1-10 as presented, amend 11-17 in the affirmative, <br />add a finding indicating the proposed property is within the <br />MUSA boundary, and adopt the Findings of Fact as amended. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that City Council deny <br />the Hamann request for a CUP to exceed total accessory structure <br />space and maximum single accessory structure size restrictions. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
