(12) That the use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to' persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. (13) That the use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. (14) That the use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses (omit the words "or disturbing"). (15) That the use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. (16) That the use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. (17) That the use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. The Planning Commission recommended City Council approve the amended Findings of Fact. Forward to City Council. The Planning Commission recommended that approve the Teetzel request for a CUP with modifications to the permit terms: Amend #6 to dog under the ownership should be allowed to mn City Council the following read "That no at large 'in an unconfined area' on the Subject Property." Add a f'mding stating "That the owner shall add a fenceline to the property that will restrict the dogs fi.om getting any closer to the front yard than a line equal to the rear wall of the home." Forward to City Council. The Planning Commission recommended that City Council grant site plan approval for Holiday RV contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated May 28, 1998. Forward to City Council. The Planning Commission recommended that City Council approve the request of David Hansen for extension of the CUP for Hansen Tree Farm. The Planning Commission directed that Staff initiate the process of amending architectural standards, suggesting research standards in cities adjacent to Ramsey and also obtaining the standards from Sedona, Arizona.
