(12) That the use will not be unduly dangerous or <br />otherwise detrimental to' persons residing or working in the <br />vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. (13) That the use will <br />not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br />value of any surrounding property. (14) That the use will not be <br />hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses (omit the words <br />"or disturbing"). (15) That the use will be served adequately by <br />public facilities and services such as highways and streets. (16) <br />That the use will not create excessive additional requirements at <br />public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be <br />detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. (17) That <br />the use will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental <br />to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of <br />excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or <br />odors. The Planning Commission recommended City Council <br />approve the amended Findings of Fact. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that <br />approve the Teetzel request for a CUP with <br />modifications to the permit terms: Amend #6 to <br />dog under the ownership should be allowed to mn <br /> <br />City Council <br />the following <br />read "That no <br />at large 'in an <br /> <br />unconfined area' on the Subject Property." Add a f'mding stating <br />"That the owner shall add a fenceline to the property that will <br />restrict the dogs fi.om getting any closer to the front yard than a <br />line equal to the rear wall of the home." Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that City Council grant <br />site plan approval for Holiday RV contingent upon compliance <br />with the City Staff Review Letter dated May 28, 1998. Forward <br />to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />approve the request of David Hansen for extension of the CUP for <br />Hansen Tree Farm. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed that Staff initiate the process <br />of amending architectural standards, suggesting research standards <br />in cities adjacent to Ramsey and also obtaining the standards from <br />Sedona, Arizona. <br /> <br /> <br />
