Bookstore has
been notified.

Council voted to authorize City staff to postpone any further
enforcement of the sunset clause on required site improvements in the
commercial districts until May 1, 1999. Ms. Hill asked if they are
supposed to come back in after the comp plan is done and
Councilmember Haas Steffen hoped they would be a part of the
meetings to discuss the Highway /410 corridor with regard to the
comp plan. She added that there would be public notification of these
meetings.

Research townships and other cities regarding the scope and
structure of their appeals board including what can be appealed
and in what order their process occurs.

Research how the issue of garage businesses is handled in other
cities.

3/24/98

2/24/98

Council adopted the findings of fact and granted a CUP to
Concrete Masonry Unlimited for an accessory warehouse.
Execute CLIP.

It was noted that there are auctions being held in the old barn
on Highway #10. Council asked that you review Code to see
if this is a permitted use. Things other than cars are being
auctioned there - and it also appears there are things being
stored there other than cars.

With reference to the March 12 minutes regarding the site plan
proposal for Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., Commissioner
Deemer requested staff ensure that the lighting plan meets the City
ordinance for both the recreational area and the building.

Commissioner Deemer suggested the City purchase reusable 4'x8'
signs for posting property that is in the land use application
process; the City could evoke the policy and require the developer
to erect the sign or pay a fee for Public Works to position the sign.

5/12/98

Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 2nd
Addition - Execute Development Agreement.

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

I
I
I
!
!
I
I
i
I
I
