If the issue is before the <br />Council, the findifigs of fact should be reviewed by the <br />consultant. She agreed with Mr. Schmidt's comment that the <br />Council arbitrarily finds negative findings of fact. She stated <br />that at the very least, the findings should have been provided <br />to the consultant for their recommendation. Councilmember <br />Haas Steffen stated she expected a yes or no recommendation <br />but instead, got a recommendation that they prefer it remains <br />in the moratorium, but. She stated that she does not want to <br />see another but. She wants a clear yes or no recommendation. <br />Mayor Gamec concurred and stated that it should be expected <br />that a clear answer be gotten from Hoisington. He added that <br />he could not see this industrial on this parcel (Outlot A of <br />Regency Pond) either and would appreciate better information <br />from the consultant. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
