I I Monthly Status Report Frolik/ 6/9/98 Council granted site plan approval to Holiday RV contingent Complete upon compliance with the City staff review letter dated May 28, 1998, and replacement of the bituminous curb in five years if expansion of the facility does not occur. ExecuteI Development Permit. Frolik/ 6/9/98 Wayne Johnson was present for the discussion of the Complete moratorium. He owns a parcel on Ramsey Blvd. that is within the MUSA line and zoned industrial. They have a proposal to rezone the property for townhomes but then it would become subject to the moratorium. Mr. Johnson stated he is simultaneously requesting it be exempted because of its small size and the fact that this proposal would be in accordance with the proposed Comprehensive Plan. however, if the developer fails to gain the rezoning or financing and fails to close, he would want the property to remain industrial. he would then request it not be in the morator;um since it is zoned industrial and within the MUSA. You explained that the property is zoned industrial, in the MUSA and not in the current moratorium. If it becomes residential, it would be automatically included in the moratorium. Mr. Goodrich suggested staffwork together with Mr. Johnson on this issue. Frolik/ 7/14/98 Council adopted the resolution reallocating 1997 Community Complete Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds in the amount of $11,289 for site acquisition for a senior housing facility, CDBG Project #890. Frolik/ 7/14/98 Council adopted Ordinance #98-08 establishing a moratorium Complete on development of certain parcels of land within the City of Ramsey. Jo will publish Ordinance. Frolik/ 7/14/98 Council accepted a findings of fact for denial with regard to Complete the request of Wayne Johnson for exemption from the moratorium.
