REVIEW OF AMENDED AND RESTATED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND AMENDED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT DISTRICTS NOS. 1, 2, 4, AND 6 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has been working with the firm of Kennedy and Graven to prepare an <br />Amended and Restated Development Program for Development District No. 1 and Amended TIF <br />Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos., 1, 2, 4, and 6 within that Development <br />District. <br /> <br />The City authorized the preparation of this Amended and Restated Development Program, to <br />incorporate budget changes within the underlying Tax Increment Financing Districts 1, 2, 4, and <br />6 within the Development District #1. <br /> <br />A draft copy of the Amended and Restated Development Program for Development District 1 <br />and TIF Plans 1, 2, 4, and 6 is enclosed for review. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Review the first draft Amended and Restated Development Program and TIF Plans and <br />compare them with the plans for development of the City as a whole. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution No. pertaining to the Amended and Restated Development <br />Program for Development District No. 1 and Amended Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax <br />Increment Districts Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6. <br /> <br /> <br />
