CITY OF RAMSEY PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE AMENDED AND RESTATED <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1 AND THE AMENDED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. <br />1, 2, 4, AND 6 CONSISTENT WITH THE PLANS FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has authorized preparation of an Amended and Restated <br />Development Program for Development District No. 1 and Amended Tax Increment Financing <br />Plans (TIF Plans) for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6 within that <br />Development District, and the amended Development Program and TIF Plans have been <br />submitted to the Planning Commission for comment; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Development Program and TIF <br />Plans and has compared them with the plans for development of the City as a whole. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />The Amended and Restated Development Program for Development District No. 1 <br />and the Amended TIF Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6 <br />are found to be consistent with the plan for development of the City of Ramsey as a <br />whole. <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council of the City of Ramsey hold the public <br />hearing required by law and adopted the amended Development Program and T~ <br />Plans. <br /> <br /> Approved this 2nd day of November, 1998 by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
