That the Applicant has stated that there will be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. That the Applicant proposes to service approximately I0 clients per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 10. That there are other similar permitted conditional uses in the Residential Districts. 11. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. 12. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 13. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding property. 14.
