Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-12-. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />A HAIR SALON IN THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-12-. adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On ,1998, a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Christine Prigge ("Permittee") to establish a hair salon in the dwelling on the property <br />generally known as 6030 143rd Lane N.W... and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 2, Cedar Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />("Subject property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a hair salon on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of de. ath, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permittee. <br /> <br />5. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee. <br /> <br />There shall be no business identification signs, other than those that comply with City <br />Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
