Invoices <br /> would be submitted on a monthly basis for work performed during the previous month. <br /> <br /> W'c estimate the cost to perform thcse services as follows: <br /> <br /> Phase I (Preliminary Design, Environmental Assessment and $274,369 <br /> Final Design) <br /> <br /> Phase II (In-Construction) $261,482 <br />'~',v'e will not exceed these amounts without your approval. <br /> <br />.../e are prepared to proceed with this Project at your direction and estimate completion as shown <br />on the attached project schedule. <br /> <br />A signed copy of this proposal or a separate letter of authorization retained to this office will <br />serve as notice to proceed.
