We <br />understand that the City is proposing to use State Aid funds for this segment of roadway. <br /> <br />The Sunwood Drive extension on its own does not meet any threshold that requires <br />environmental documentation. Because of the funding and review that the TH 47 project will <br />receive, we recommend the Sunwood Drive segment be covered in the Environmental <br />Assessment (EA). This will eliminate any concerns the review agencies may have in <br />determining if Sunwood Drive is a connected or phased action. <br /> <br />In addition to inclusion in the EA, the Sunwood Drive extension will require the following work <br />tasks: <br /> <br /> Wetland delineation and permits <br /> Des/.gn surveys <br /> Easement descriptions' <br />,, Preliminary layout <br /> Soils exploration <br />· Final design, Specifications and Engineer's Estimate <br /> <br />We propose to amend our current agreement for the TH 47 STP project to include this work. <br />Payment for our services would be at the same rates as the existing agreement.
