Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME . <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John and Bonnie Enstrom ("Permittees") have properly applied for a <br />variance from minimum street frontage or lot width requirements in order to construct a dwelling <br />on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The east 300 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the <br />East line thereof (except the north 363.00 feet as measured at right angles to the North <br />line thereof) (subject to easements of record, if any). <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 5, 1998, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance from minimum street frontage and lot width <br />requirements to construct a dwelling on the Subject Property is hereby granted contingent <br />upon the Permittees providing the City with verification that a private easement for access <br />purposes to County Road No. 64 has been granted and recorded at Anoka County property <br />records. Further, the Permittee shall pursue the inclusion of the City of Ramsey on the <br />easement for access purposes to Ouflot A, Windsorwood. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />This Variance shall remain in effect until May 5, 2003, as long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to <br />complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at <br />least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />The Subject Property is eligible for building permits for one dwelling unit and related <br />accessory structures in accordance with City Code and no further building permits for <br />additional residential structures wiI1 be issued until such time as the Subject Property is <br />replatted in accordance with City Code and access is provided via a public road improved to <br />City standards. <br /> <br />4. The residential structure developed on the Subject Property shall be planned in such a manner <br /> that the driveway can be converted from the private easement to the public road, if and when <br /> <br /> <br />
