it is constructed to serve the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br />The residential structure and any accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property <br />shall be placed so as not to interfere with the orderly resubdivision of the Subject Property at <br />some point in the future, and shall also be located in such a way as to comply with rural <br />residential setback requirements if and when the Subject Property is served by a public road <br />improved to City Standards. <br /> <br />The property owner agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall run with <br />the land and shall bind the property owner and his/her successor and assigns. <br /> <br />7.
