it is constructed to serve the Subject Property. The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. The residential structure and any accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property shall be placed so as not to interfere with the orderly resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and shall also be located in such a way as to comply with rural residential setback requirements if and when the Subject Property is served by a public road improved to City Standards. The property owner agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County Recorder and agrees that the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall run with the land and shall bind the property owner and his/her successor and assigns. 7. The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance.
