Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-11- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WlIEREAS, Timothy J. and Anita M. Kaster (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 17765 Tonto Street N.W. and legally described as follows: .That part of Government Lot 1, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, in Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East Line of said Government Lot 1 a distance of 980.6 feet south of the intersection of the East Line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 1 and the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 7 as it is now laid out and traveled; thence north 85 degrees 00 minutes west a distance of 600 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence continuing north 85 degrees 00 minutes west on the same described line a distance of 200 feet; thence south 2 degrees 24'minutes east a distance of 335.85 feet; thence 89 degrees 13 minutes 51 seconds east a distance of 185.19 feet; thence north (assumed bearing) and parallel with the East Line of said Government Lot 1 a distance of 315.63 feet to the point of beginning (subject to easement for road purposes over the north 33 feet thereof and over the west 33 feet thereof) and also (subject to a power easement over the south 75 feet thereof). ("Subject Property") AND WltEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on November 2, 1998, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That based on Findings of Fact #. . , a variance to construct a 12' x 16' utility shed ("accessory structure") nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. 2. That the accessory structure constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than 30 feet from the nearest point of the front property line on the Subject Property. 3.
